These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using our website and the services we offer, including our casino-themed event rentals and entertainment experiences. By visiting our site or booking an event, you agree to follow and be legally bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Confirmation
- All estimates and proposals provided by HRB are valid for seven (7) days.
- A signed agreement is required to confirm and secure your event. 
- No event is guaranteed until both payments are received.

2. Payment Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to officially reserve and secure your event date.
- We accept payment through major methods including Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, credit cards, cash, and checks.​​​
- Credit card payments are subject to a 3.8% surcharge plus processing fees.
- Remaining balance is due before or upon our crew's arrival for setup.
- All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued.
- Clients are responsible for legal fees incurred to collect unpaid balances.

3. Equipment and Staff
- HRB provides the equipment specified in your proposal, which may include tables, chairs, chips, cards, dice, decor, and more.
- Chairs are included in the price of the table at no additional fee.
- We may substitute team members if needed due to emergencies, health, or personal reasons.
 
4. Event Setup and Breakdown
- HRB will coordinate setup and breakdown times with the client in advance of the event.
- Setup typically begins approximately 2 hours before the event start time, depending on the size and scope of your party. Our setup crew will ensure everything is fully ready at least 30 minutes before your guests are scheduled to arrive. Dealers will also arrive 30 minutes prior to guest arrival to prepare and be ready to begin on time.
- Breakdown will begin immediately after dealing concludes, or within 30 minutes, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

5. Parking and Accessibility
- The client must provide and pay for adequate parking for HRB staff and equipment at the event location.
- The client must ensure safe, nearby parking and clear access to the event location for setup and breakdown.

6. Event Overtime
- Events extending past 12:00 a.m. require prior written agreement and are subject to availability.
- Overtime is charged in one-hour increments at $100 per staff member.

7. Event Changes, Cancelations, and Rescheduling​
Changes:
- Event changes (equipment, location, time) must be communicated at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancelations:
- Cancellations 14 days before the event may apply the deposit to a future event within 30 days.
- Cancellations made within 14 days before your event results in loss of your deposit. 
- HRB is not liable for cancellations due to acts of government, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If HRB must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or the event will be rescheduled.
Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling due to weather or natural causes is subject to mutual agreement.

8. Conduct and Liability
- Clients are responsible for guest conduct and safety during the event.
- HRB is not liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or property damages related to equipment use or guest behavior during or after the event.
- Clients agree to indemnify HRB and its staff against claims arising from the event.

9. Website Use
- The HRB website is intended for informational and booking purposes only.
- Unauthorized use such as data scraping or system interference is prohibited.
- Users must not engage in unlawful activities while using our website.

10. Intellectual Property
- All website content (text, logos, images, designs) is the property of HRB and protected under copyright law.
- Copy, reproduction, or distribution of any content requires prior written consent from HRB.

11. Marketing and Media Use
- HRB may use photos, videos, or testimonials from events for marketing purposes.
- Clients may opt out of this usage by submitting a written request before the event.

12. Privacy and Data
- We collect personal information booking, communication, and marketing.
- Data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using our site or services, you consent to this data usage.

13. User-Generated Content
- By submitting reviews or testimonials, you grant HRB a royalty-free, perpetual license to use this content.
- Inappropriate or offensive content may be removed at our discretion.

14. Third-Party Links
- Our site may link to third-party websites. HRB is not responsible for their content or accuracy.

15. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
- Disputes shall be handled in the state or federal courts of Florida.

16. Amendments
- HRB reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
